Deep Fry
Pre-heat frying oil to 170°C.
Fry from frozen product for approximately 4-5 minutes or until fully cooked.
Air fry
Place frozen battered fish into the air fryer.
Cook for 8 minutes at 200oC.
Oven Bake
Preheat the oven to 230oC fan force or 250oC conventional.
Place the battered fish onto a baking paper lined tray.
Cook for 7 minutes each side until golden
