Carefully add the Salt & Pepper Squid to the hot oil.

Cook for 2-3 minutes or until fully cooked.
Oven

Pre-heat the oven to 210°C (fan forced) or 230°C (conventional).

Remove the frozen Salt & Pepper Squid form the packaging and place in a single layer on a lined baking tray.

Cook for 12 minutes, 6 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.
