Crumbed Prawns with Garlic Chili Aioli
This Garlic Chili Aioli adds a creamy, garlicky flavor with a spicy kick, perfectly complementing the sweetness of the prawns for a delightful combination.
- Blue Wave Crumbed Stretched Prawns
Garlic Chili Aioli:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon sriracha
- Salt and pepper to taste
Step 1: Make the Garlic Chili Aioli
In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, and chili sauce. Mix well until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust the chili sauce for desired heat.
Step 2: Serve
Place the garlic chili aioli in a small dipping bowl. Arrange the crispy Crumbed Prawns around the sauce.
Step 3: Garnish
Optionally, add a sprinkle of paprika or chopped parsley for colour.
Portion Size:
- Serve 5–6 prawns with a generous amount of garlic chili aioli.
